Wellness Wednesday Webinar: Impact of Epilepsy on Cognition and Memory

From the impact of seizures themselves to the effects of anti-seizure medications, epilepsy can lead to changes in thinking and memory for people living with epilepsy. Ann Hempel, PhD, ABPP-CN, a pediatric neuropsychologist at the Minnesota Epilepsy Group who serves on EFMN’s Professional Advisory Board, will discuss the cognitive deficits and memory challenges commonly associated with epilepsy and strategies for coping with these changes.
