Campers were in their groove today as they got an extra hour of sleep to prepare for a full day of wild activities!   The dining hall was wafting wonderful smells this morning as campers entered the dining hall ready to wolf down some waffles with maple syrup and lil’ smokies!

Today marked the first day of in person Camp Oz in over 2 years and it is off to a great start! It was a hot one today, but over 60 campers and their families checked in today to have a week full of adventure and fun! Campers met their cabinmates

Camp Oz is intended for youth with epilepsy, and siblings, ages 9-17 who have a high level of independence. Traditionally, campers enjoy activities like swimming, horseback riding, team-building exercises, and more. It took until the end of the afternoon on the last full day for us to see the first tiny bit of not-so-great weather. Pretty lucky, if you ask us! We had warm temps and sun for the majority of the day, until the clouds started to gather around 4pm
