We welcome adults, caregivers and parents affected by epilepsy to join us for a time to connect and support one another. January’s topic is “Mental Health and Epilepsy”. Why are these two things inter-related, and what tips do you have to share with one another about keeping both in balance?

Join EFMN for some holiday cookie decorating. Cookies, frosting, and decorating supplies are all provided. This event is open to families and friends but please be sure to RSVP so we can ensure there are enough cookies to go around!

Support and information session for individuals,family and friends affected by epilepsy. We will provide new resources and the opportunity to meet others. No one should face seizures alone. Refeshments provided.

Adults affected by epilepsy, connect, share stories and support each other. Guest speaker Dr. Doug Heck will be talking about managing your epilepsy and being an active participant in your care. Refreshments provided.

Come and connect for support and resources with other parents or guardians of children living with epilepsy. This group is for parents with any age of children with epilepsy, youth or adult.
